Things you should know about our cheap Cambria Heights event space for rent

  1. Deposit is $350 Cash.  Scroll to the middle of the page for venue prices
  2. A 4% charge will be applied if using a credit card

  4. Our event space in Queens Capacity is 75 seated ( Covid 65 people)
  5. You may bring in your food, drinks, music, etc
  6.  L.E.D lighting system, we can customize the lights to fit any occasion
  7. There is Street Parking along with Minimal Parking in the rear of the event space ( 133rd Road)
  8. We have 2 restrooms  that are Handicap accessible In our party venue
  9. DJs, Photographers, Photo Booth, Event Designer, and party planners are onsite for an additional charge
  10. Our queens event hall Close at 12 on Fridays and Saturdays.
  11. Monday through Thursday and Sunday we close at midnight.
  12. Set up and Breakdown is included in your time.
  13. We have a choice of long tables and round tables for you to choose from.
  14. Each additional hour for overtime is $180 on Saturdays and $150 on Sundays/ Fridays,  we have to know about overtime 3 hours into the party.
  15. We have Air Condition and Heat Available
  16. The kitchen has a refrigerator with an ice machine and sink.
  17. A certified bartender is needed if bringing alcohol into the party hall.
