Party Hall Rental FAQ

WHAT THE MAX CAPACITY FOR GUESTS?

CAN I BRING MY FOOD?

Yes, you can bring your food. It has to be already cooked. There is no cooking on the premises. Also, there is no selling of food as well

ARE TICKET EVENTS ALLOWED?

Ticket events are not allowed unless it's approved by management. Things like Bingo Night, comedy shows, and open mic might be allowed

HOW MUCH TIME DO I GET TO DECORATE/SET UP FOR MY EVENT?

Each party hall rental is 7 hours long. The first 2 two hours are your set-up time for decor. There is no extra time outside of the 7 hours for setting up. Additional time may be purchased if needed. Please contact us in advance.

CAN I HAVE THINGS PICKED UP THE NEXT DAY?

No. All decor and outside vendor items must be picked up and removed by the contractual time.

WHAT DECOR ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED?

Fog machines, smoke machines, and confetti

CAN I SHIP/DROP OFF DECOR ITEMS THERE DAYS BEFORE MY EVENT?

No Items can be shipped or dropped off at the venue before your contractual time. Skylight Hall will not be held responsible if you choose to do so

CAN I PUT A SINAGE IN THE LOBBY FOR MY EVENT?

Yes, welcome signs on an easel are ok. No oversize props

DO YOU HAVE WIFI?

Yes

DO YOU HAVE BLUETOOTH CONNECTION?

Yes, clients will have access to our Bluetooth. They will have to bring in the electronics they wish to connect.

IS THE PARTY HALL RENTAL WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Yes, Our party hall is on the ground floor. We have 2 wheelchair accessible bathrooms as well

IS SMOKING ALLOWED?

No. This is a nonsmoking building. If you need to smoke please exit the building and go outside the venue

ARE CANDLES ALLOWED?

Open-flame candles are not allowed in the party hall. Battery-powered or water-operated candles are allowed

DO YOU PROVIDE DECOR?

Yes, we provide decor packages for many of our events. Also, we ask you to book the venue first then we can go over decor add-ons

IS THERE A COAT CHECK AREA?

Yes, we set up a portable coat check in the back of the hall

IS THERE A KITCHEN?

We do have a kitchenette with an ice machine, sink, fridge, and a lot of storage space for food. There is no microwave on the stove on site

CAN I SELECT MY HOURS TO RENT OUT THE HALL?

We have 2 time slots from 9 am-4 pm or 5 pm - 12 am.

WHAT IS THE LATEST TIME OUR GUEST CAN BE HERE FOR THE PARTY?

We Ask all our guests to leave the property at the contractual time.
